Solution: Ensure Minimum Permissions for Data Collection are set correctly.

Solution: If the minimum permissions are set correctly, see Google Cloud Platform Data Collection Prerequisites to verify the prerequisites are setup correctly.Once the account and credentials have been corrected, you can then verify the connection using the Public Cloud Connection Wizard.
